Elaheh Mansourian becomes actress

Top Iranian Wushu fighter has joined the cast of a film to become a star in a new world.

'Zero to Podium' documentary star, Elaheh Mansourian, one of Mansourian fighter sisters has joined new cinematic project ‘Immediate Disconnection’.

The film is Maryam Bahrolomoumi’s latest directorial experience and is to enjoy the champion athlete before the camera among the main cast.

Shaghayegh Farahani, Ali Ansarian, Afsaneh Kamali and Siavash Cheraghipour are other stars of the films.

This would be Bahrololoumi’s feature length film after award-winning ‘Patio’ as well as ‘Shahrbanou’ which is to be screened at the 39th Fajr Film Festival.

The Mansourian sisters have brought several international titles to Iran from different global and Asian martial arts competitions.
